clos files on [cls,lsp]

I have updated concep and functi to incorporate the "Corrections" part
of the Errata document handed out at x3j13.

New files: concep.tex, concep.dvi, concep.pre, concep.imp;
           functi.tex, functi.dvi, functi.pre, functi.imp.
