Problem with the latest CommonLoops

I just ftp'ed all the files from pub/pcl and encountered a problem
when trying to compile pcl.

For your information, I am running on a SUN 3/50 using Extended Common
Lisp 1.3 from Franz.

When trying to compile excl-low.cl, it comes up with the following
error message:

<cl> (pcl::compile-pcl)

Loading binary of WALK...
Loading binary of MACROS...
Loading binary of LOW...
Compiling EXCL-LOW...
; --- Compiling file /u1/liew/loops.d/pcl/excl-low.cl ---
; Compiling LOAD-TIME-EVAL
; Compiling SYMBOL-CACHE-NO
; Compiling OBJECT-CACHE-NO
; Compiling PRINTING-RANDOM-THING-INTERNAL
; Compiling SET-FUNCTION-NAME
Error: EXCL::FN_SYMDEF is not a known location specifier for setf.
[1] <cl>

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you.
