At some point next week, we will be putting DVI files of the current
draft of the Common Lisp Object System (CLOS) Specification on
parcvax.xerox.com.

In the next couple of months PCL will evolve to conform to the CLOS
specification.  The target is to make PCL be an implementation of that
specification.

Since it does not conform to that specification now, we will be writing
up some notes which try to explain the ways in which it differs from
that specification.  As time goes by, those notes should get shorter and
shorter, and eventually disappear.
