the availability of CLOS without FTP

I haven't access to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP), and I would like
to get the PCL version of the CLOS.

Is it possible to get the CLOS either a) on a tape or b) with UUCP to
the user ay@hutcs.hut.fi ?
