Franz for VMS

  I need to know if anybody has a version of Franz for the Vax series
under VMS which includes 'liszt'.  Also one which when a 'dumplisp'
is performed will output a file which can execute as a stand-alone
(i.e., does not need to be "restored").  I would appreciate
any information on this matter, and if one exists information
on how I could obtain a copy of it.
