Serial I/O Package

I've posted a package that implements serial i/o functionality in MACL.
It defines a full implementation of a stream that accesses the serial
ports (modem and printer).

It's at cambridge.apple.com, in /pub/MACL/CONTRIB/serial-io.sit.hqx

It was implemented in version 1.3.1 using object lisp, but not dependent 
on it, thus can be easily adapted to pcl, clos or such.
