3.0.2 Bug

     If you select file open and press cmd-. to cancel before the dialog
pops up and after the cursor changes to an hourglass, the cursor will get
stuck as an hourglass.  In order to see this behavior, you need a system
with a lot of code loaded, otherwise the dialog appears faster and the
cursor doesn't change.
