rgbcolor not a record type!

I'm having trouble w/ creating/accessing records of type :rgbcolor.

? (rlet ((x :rgbcolor))
    'dummy)
> Error: :RGBCOLOR is not a valid argument to NIL .

I am running MACL 1.3.1 on a Mac II with 256 colors, under
regular Finder.
