MCL 2.0 order

Hi,
 
Sorry if this question only concerns the folks at apple/apda.  I am a
developer and member of APDA.  I am very much interested in buying
the beta version of MACL 2.0.  Since the APDAlog is slow to come in
Europe, is there a way to order it by e-mail, or fax?  If so, can I have
the details necessary to order it (price, order number,...)
