linear algebra package

Is there anyone out there who has taken the trouble to implement a
decent linear algebra package in Common Lisp, or knows of any such
package in the public domain? I am primarily interested in a
numerical package along the lines of Numerical Recipes, say, but I
would not mind a symbolic one which could be evaluated numerically.
