I do not know my way around FTP access to Apple's developer material, but it is
in the Developers Code Exchange for MPW, which is in the Developers Discussion
area in AppleLink.  Norbert Lindenberg's AppleLink ID is NORBERT, so by my
reckoning you should be able to mail at Internet address
NORBERT@applelink.appl.com.
 
He is a great guy, and LPW is a great (and bargain) piece of shareware.  I use
it for much more than source - for example, I have written an elaborate system
of six European Standards in it.  You will also be interested to know that you
can change your view of a document at a menu command, from the whole thing,
source and documentation, to just source and no pictures, etc.
