MCL docs to be on MCL CD-ROM

We plan to include a CD-ROM along with the MCL 2.0 final release which will
include the MCL software and Apple's two MCL manuals in BlueNote format.  If
you don't already own a CD-ROM drive, there's a reason to order one.
