For people outside of HP you need to obtain the Zebu parser generator
code from:
hplstl.hpl.hp.com (15.255.176.225)
directory: /users/ftp/pub
/* The name for the archived parser files is called zebu.tar.Z */
In order to compile Zebu it is convenient to use a portable
defsystem as defined in DEFSYS.tar.Z in the same directory.
