MCL Quicktime post

Ueda Masaya of Japan sent a message on this 'board about Quicktime
source code he'd translated from PASCAL. I was one of those who
requested the code from him; since he doesn't have FTP access, he
asked me to post to the MCL archives. 

I've done so, in the pub/MCL2/contrib directory (MCL-QT-code.txt). Direct
