1.3.2 In sys 7 questions

I can run MCL 1.3.2 on a Powerbook using system 7.01 just fine.
When I attempt to launch 1.3.2 on a quadra 700 it quits immediately
before ever leaving the finder.
I am using the control panel "Cache Switch" to turn off the cache
and using control panel Memory to turn off VIrtual Addresing, 32 bit addressing
and Ram cache.
Is there anything else I can do to make Quadra's more compatabile?
