Long Postings

I'd like to issue a plea to info-mcl posters to avoid "extremely long"
messages.


I get my feed through a "foreign" gateway that has a tendency to choke on
individual
messages longer than 10-15K. Fortunately, messages of this size are extremely
rare (a recent posting was only the second in almost a year), but when it does
happen I suffer delayed and lost messages.

Note that I'm _not_ complaining about the appropriateness of long postings,
only _please_ segment those long postings into smaller parts!
