Accelerators and MCL - what's the latest scoop?

I have heard various stories about incompatibilities between MCL and
various accelerator cards, particularly the Radius Rocket.  Are there
any other know incompatibilities?  I am considering buying a Daystar
Power Cache, but as I do 90% of my work in MCL it won't do me much good
if it's not compatible.  Has anyone tried MCL with a Power Cache card?
