In plainer language, if you wish to unsubscribe from the info-mcl
mailing list, then send mail to either info-mcl-request or 
majordomo@cambridge.apple.com with the message "unsubscribe info-mcl"
in the BODY of the message (the subject is ignored).

Feel free to send the message "help" to majordomo@cambridge.apple.com .
