There has been some discussion of about curious ways to achieve
fractional line widths in QDraw.  I've done this in a previous
life using QDraw comments.

QDraw renderings maybe marked up with comments.  The conventions
for these comments are documented in a tech. note.  You may use
one of the standard comments to request a factional line width.
