distributing ptable

If I were to try to sell a stand-alone application created using MCL 2.0, I
would like to also be able to distribute the "ptable" file with it, so that
EGC can use it.  Is the ptable file distributable with my application after
I have paid the one-time $100 licensing fee to Apple?
The "OBJECT CODE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT" says nothing about the ptable.
