pie charts and sliders

I have been told that my request was not in very good english and so
not very clear for which I apologize.

I need to use pie charts or sliders with multiple variables which I
could modify interactively. For instance by enlarging the size of one
slice (which would make another smaller) in a pie chart. Sliders would
be just another visual representation of the same thing.
