bug in format ?

I have problems with FORMAT in MCL 2.0 final

(-:format nil "DURATION:  ~5,,,'?f sec" 0.09786848072562358) prints
-> "DURATION:  ????? sec"

Small floats print this way in 2.0 with or without patches. (It seem to
work in pre 2.0 final versions.) I think it is a MCL bug, not my
misunderstanding?
