New MCL manual

We don't have any new manual for MCL this year. 

There is a maintenance upgrade, called MCL 2.01. You can upgrade
your MCL 2.0 to 2.01 for free by simply downloading and installing
the patches in cambridge.apple.com:/pub/MCL2/patches/
