mini-buffer arguments

A while back there was a discussion of how to get MCL to remember the
actual names of the arguments to functions instead of just "ARG-0"
"ARG-1," etc. A lot of cases were covered, but I think one was missed.
When I evaluate this:

(defstruct info
  file
  arguments
  return-value)

Info-file's argument shows up as "ARG-0" in the mini-buffer. Is there
yet another flag I am missing somewhere? Thanks.
