Upgrading to MCL 2.0?

The upgrade from 1.x.x to 2.x is no longer available (and hasn't been for
a number of years).  There is currently an upgrade from 2.0 to 2.0.1 
available, but this wouldn't leave you with a complete documentation.  
So, you'll need to order the whole package.
