One way to do this is to run Virtual User (I think this is on
the ETO disk). You can write scripts to move the mouse, click
on dialog items, and generally do whatever a user can do. The
only problem with it is that it does not recognize MCL's dialog
items directly (apparently because MCL doesn't use the control
manager for some controls?), but you can generate a template that
describes the layout of the window and then proceed from there.
