Spreadsheet code

Is anyone prepared to share their code for a simple spreadsheet. I don't
need a lot of functionality, just a set of cells which can be written
into and have some data structure updated etc. I am fairly new to this
kind of thing and I would appreciate being able to learn from someone
else's code. I promise not to use it for commercial purposes.
