The version on the MCL 2.0.1 cd was modified April 28,1993. 37,834bytes.
It should be available from the 2.0.1 update in cambridge.apple.com:/pub/mcl/patches/
Some people have found that turning off the :async bit in the #_control trap
in %tcp-control sometimes helps.
Here's some files on cambridge.apple.com:/pub/mcl/contrib/
that have some more TCP examples in them:
-rw-r--r-- 1 ftp camb 3584 Aug 16 16:34 tcp-based-eval-server.sit.
-rw-r--r-- 1 ftp bin 41295 Feb 26 1992 TCPExamples.sit.hqx
-rw-r--r-- 1 ftp camb 318505 Nov 9 1992 Cartiers-Contribs-1.2.sea.hqx

I'm sorry for the summer slowdown in our responsiveness. Both Kalman
and Bill are out on long and well-deserved vacations this month.
