You can upgrade for free by ftping it from
cambridge.apple.com:/pub/mcl/patches/2.0->2.0.1.sea.hqx.
The key advantage of the $25 package is getting a CDROM plus
three diskettes containing a 2.0.1 without the hassle. The CD
also has a pretty huge library of contributed code from other
wonderful comp.lang.lisp.mcl readers. Much of this is also
available from cambridge.apple.com:/pub/mcl/contrib/, but
sometimes it's nice to have it on CD.
