bug fixes for applescript-from-lisp

Found a couple of bugs in the code which I posted yesterday.  Also, one
file was mangled a bit by passing through too many gateways and some
comment lines found their way into code in the file
high-level-event-patch.lisp.  Ah, well.

New stuffit archive is on the server.  Please check the file dates and get
the latest.  Sorry about all this!
