Registing as MCL customer/user

                                MCL REGISTRATION

This is a call to the _whole_ Macintosh Common Lisp community to register
with Digitool, including both MCL "customers" and "users."  We would like
to know who you are and how you have been using MCL.  This will allow us to
keep you better informed of MCL developments, be more responsive to your
needs, and demonstrate to prospective users the real advantages of MCL.

We recognize that the list of customers provided us by Apple does not
completely represent the MCL community which includes individuals at
companies and students and faculty at universities.  So we encourage both
customers and/or users to register.

MCL "customers" are individuals and organizations that have purchased a
license of MCL.  MCL "users" are individuals using MCL licenses purchased
by themselves or by their organizations (e.g. company employees, university
students and faculty, etc.).  Obviously, a customer may or may not also be
a user, and a user may or may not also be a customer.

In addition to your address information, we urge you to tell us about the
MCL-based projects you have undertaken, particularly ones where MCL was the
most effective tool for the job.  If you do not object to Digitool using
your name as a reference MCL site/user, please let us know in the space
provided.

The information you provide will be used only for internal purposes and for
the dissemination of MCL related news.  Any divulgence of provided
information will be done only with explicit permission of the relevant
parties.

To assist us in reaching ALL MCL customers and users, kindly forward this
message to colleagues who may not be on the MCL mail lists.


                          REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

To register as an MCL customer/user simply fill out the registration form
below and send it via e-mail to REGISTER-MCL@DIGITOOL.COM.  Since the
tabulation of the registration forms is automated, be sure to read and
follow the instructions carefully.

I.      Cut and paste the bottom half of this message, starting with and
including the "Cut Here" line, into a new e-mail message.

II.     Fill all the relevant fields, by replacing the underline characters
in the fields with your answers. For any field in which you make an entry,
be sure to replace ALL the underline characters.  For fields that you leave
blank, leave the underline characters as they are.

III.    Put your full name in the SUBJECT field of your message.

IV.     Put REGISTER-MCL@DIGITOOL.COM in the SEND TO field of your message.

V.      Send your message.
