The best way to manage the interaction between MCL and Hypercard is via
AppleEvents.  Check out the file called eval-server.lisp in your examples
folder.

The above file is useful when you have an XCMD which does some hairy thing
and you either don't have the sources to the XCMD, but want to call it from
lisp, or rewriting it is more than you care to deal with.
