:documentation slot option

Is the :documentation option for _slots_ supported by MCL 2.01?
It is accepted as part of a defclass but I could
not find a way to retrieve the doc string. I am suspecting
that is ignored. Macro-expanding the defclass form seems to support
that conclusion.
Any ideas?
