problem with AKCL 1.122 on Sun4

First, I found that I had to add

	#define USE_C_EXTENDED_MUL

to h/sun4.h.

I also found that it didn't work to use GCC.  So I had to
resort to the standard Sun cc.

Unfortunately, I don't know which version of GCC we have,
but I can find out if it turns out to be important.
