C compilers

I am interested in using akcl for development, compiling the lisp code
to C, and then taking the C code and using a transputer C compiler,
compile the C code to run on a transputer.  Is there anyone one out
there who has done this type of operation before?  If so, do you have
any warning or advice about doing this?  A further stab, is there
anyone out there who has tried this on a transputer?

A related question is, Is there a parallel implementation of AKCL?
