Who is in-charge of the DOS-BETA version of akcl at math.utexas.edu ?

I was using it to try-out the Mock Mathematica package. But it has problems
with the following syntax:

(make-package :mma (:nicknames "MockMMa")(:use  :common-lisp :excl))

It claims that the functions NICKNAMES and USE are undefined (unbound?).

Also in the max-beta.zip package in the same directory (maxima)
: how do I set the path to the documentations instead of the
built in default (/usr/public/maxima/doc/macsym.doc). ?
