that sounds like a good idea. i'm not sure if i agree with the name. i'm
not sure if that matters. maybe just fmacro would be more consistent with
lispm names like fsymeval, fboundp, etc. anyway, seems like the right
general idea. presumably maclisp, if it went along, could allow (would have
a hard time supressing) an fmacro property at the same time as a vanilla
macro property, etc. But at least the lispm could do it right.
