I thought I invented these kludges, in fact, and I think they were put
temporarily into MacLISP as well, but I can't remember. It was my
dream to implement the whole PDP-10 so that we could write LISP PROGs
that were more readable. In line with this I suggest that GOSUB be
renamed PUSHJ.
