I agree that Slash should be flushed as the quoting character. / should
be analagous to +, -, and *, whatever that means (like, in MacLISP,
integers; in Lisp Machine, generic, etc...). However, there should, for
a while at least, be a VERY EASY way of reverting to /'s old meaning in
order to run old code in a pinch.
