Of course it is a feature that one can create an obarray without cons;
this is what Bawden was arguing for. The question is, can you create
one without CAAADADADADR, if the system goes around sneakily creating
function definitions behind your back?
Apparently Franz LISP does *not* suffer from Bawden's supected bug, however,
by virtue of the fact (as best I can determine from the manual and
experimentation) that you simply can't create a second obarray in
the first place.
