Suggested new lambda-list syntax

I would like to cast my vote in favor of the new proposal.  Keeping Lisp
programs readable by programs is, in my opinion, at least as important as having
them be readable by people.  Both for this reason, and for my own personal
preference, I prefer a syntax where semantic attributes are given a complete
space of their own, rather than being carved out of the space of variable names
by a lexical convention or table lookup.
