Lambda List Syntax

The list headed by keyword syntax is very reasonable and well tested in
the LSB community. I like it and haven't heard any complaints from others.
If you are going that far, why not adopt the LSB call syntax? The main
differences would seem to be whether or not the function name should be
the head of the list (call format vs argument list format) and whether
aux variables should be in the arg list or separately declared. Even if
those differences remained, it would be a nice step toward uniformity (for
ease of remembering) if the rest of the syntax were the same. Are there
compelling reasons why this can not be so?
