SHH: New LISPXMACRO

I've installed a new LISPXMACRO named SHH. It is just like the E
command, except that the evaluation or application is done quietly--no
entry on the history list and not undoable.
SHH thus substitutes for the quirky ^W read macro, which now conflicts
with the terminal word-delete function of ^W.
