filecreated and tops-20

marty observed to me that when moving a file from a tenex
site to a tops-20 site and then loading the file, the filpkg
gets confused because the name on the filedates, as obtained
from the filecreated expression, now correspond to a different
naming convention. thus even if one is careful to maintain
directory and version number, things still foul up. a simple
solution semeed to be to make filecreated
to a (packfilename (unpackfilename   on the file. this
costs 8 conses per filecreated. i have installed this.
do you have any objections or comments?
