A new version of FILEPKG on <NEWLISP>, with the glitch concerning the
FILES command fixed up. It now puts out the FINDFILE in an OR, so that
LOAD gets the users original specification if the FINDFILE fails, and thus
that file name is printed out in the file not found error.
