CMUCL pathnames

 Greg,

 At the workshop you asked what could be done to force CMUCL to load a
source-file-that-doesn't-have-".lisp"-for-an-extension which is newer than
its oject-file-that-has-".fasl"-for-an-extension. The answer is: nothing,
since the ".lisp" extension is hard-coded in (defun internal-load) on
/afs/cs/project/clisp/src/16/code/load.lisp .
