I talked to Catherine.  We should make the manual into a tech report.
She'll make an initial run of 150 copies, and we can do a revision after
that if we like.

Tech report number is CMU-CS-91-108.

For the DARPA credit, we're supposed to do something like this (hopefully
there's a model to follow in the exisitng text):

@libraryfile(arpacredit)

... in titlepage stuff...

@arpacredit (contract = "strategic90-93")

If that doesn't work, let me know.
