Experimental externsions to color -- bitmap bug in Genera 7.

    There appears to be an slight inconsistancy between bitmaps and color
    windows with regard to the :BIT-ARRAY message.   The color windows
    return an array.  Bitmaps return nil.

I think this is the result of a difference in default values for the
init keyword :save-bits.  If you specify :save-bits, the inconsistency
goes away.
