signed an agreement in which Symbolics will0 3act as reseller for Sony's new family of
Unix technical workstations.0  3The companies also said Symbolics will act, pending
completion of contractual0 3arrangements, as an original equipment manufacturer and
third-party service0 3organization. Terms of the agreement, which is for three years, were
not0 3disclosed.
