We recently looked at Gbase by Graphael, which is an object-oriented DB
product that runs on the Symbolics and on UNIX-based workstations. I wasn't
depply involved in the testing, but I did note that Gbase was capable of
storing pictures as database objects, and was fairly fast. If you'd like
